  • Influenza is an acute respiratory disease caused by a virus. Influenza is often divided into type A, B, and C, and influenza viruses that are mainly found in patients are type A or type B. GenBody Fluenza A/B Ag is an in vitro diagnostic reagent that can quickly detect influenza A and B viral antigens present in human nasopharyngeal secretions using immunochromatography. The measurement principle is that gold particles are bound with specific antibodies to influenza virus antigens, and the inspection line of the membrane is also bound with specific antibodies to influenza virus antigens. Conjugate reacts primarily with influenza virus antigens collected from nasal pharyngeal secretions to form an antigen-antibody complex, which moves as it spreads to membrane by capillary action. On the way, a specific antibody and a secondary antigen-antibody reaction to the influenza virus antigen bound to the membrane in advance are performed, indicating a red line that can be visually confirmed, and the result is determined.
